Our #1 priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible, providing you with the highest standards of quality. Once your order is placed, it will proceed within 1-2 days depending on the time of your purchase. We are delegated to serve you all weekdays as we operate 7 days a week.

SHIPPING METHODS, TRANSIT TIMES, AND RATES
Standard (3 - 4 days)
Al Khor, Dukhan, Mesaieed, Abu Samra location (3-4 business days)
QAR 20 for all orders inside Doha, QAR 20+ for all orders outside of Doha

 

STANDARD SHIPPING
For Standard Ground shipping, please allow 24 hours to process your order. For pick up, please allow 1-2 days to process and prepare your orders for pick up.

Orders are processed and shipped on all weekdays (excluding holidays). Aquaflask Qatar is not responsible for damage or loss of goods that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout

RETURN POLICY

Aquaflask product orders are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects, in which case you may contact us via phone or email for assistance.
